Neil Davy

Neil is the former Global CEO of Corporate Citizenship, the sustainability consultancy of Chime Communications. Prior to that he led the corporate governance and responsible business think-tank Tomorrow’s Company.

Neil grew-up in Asia where he began his career in international development with the British Council, UNHCR and Save the Children in Hong Kong, before moving into marketing services initially in Hong Kong, then Shanghai and Tokyo before moving to London to take on global roles. He's worked on brand, communications, sustainability and governance programmes with Shell, HSBC, Diageo, RB, Heineken, Virgin, Coca Cola and Unilever, and many others.

Against prevailing wisdom he planted and runs Britain’s only commercial olive grove, featured widely on international press and trade media.

Dr Scarlett Brown

Scarlett is a researcher and consultant specialising in responsible business, the world of work, diversity and inclusion, and corporate governance. She’s passionate about the value of strong leadership, authentic approaches to responsible business, and building evidence-based best practices across organisations.

Scarlett works cross-sector, providing research, thought leadership, impact and advisory services for a number of organisations including the University of Oxford, the Forward Institute, CIPD, several charities and the public sector.

She is also a non-executive director and co-founder of Dynamic Boards, an online platform for non-executive director recruitment.
