Conventional hierarchies, traditional silos and assumed certainties about business rules have been thrown aside. ‘Business as usual’ as we knew it proved insufficient in creating the conditions for people and businesses to thrive in a changed world.
Organisations that prosper will be those that contribute to society and the world in a positive and lasting way; that treat profit as an outcome of what they do - rather than why they exist; that meaningfully connect people with the business; that operate sustainably and responsibly, and that demonstrate resilience.
But reorientating, and becoming more sustainable and resilient isn’t up to one person, role or function. It’s a common agenda. A shared responsibility. Leadership accountability is collective.
That’s where we come in.
